Ryan was born in New York but by the time he was four his family had relocated to the Spring area where he attended schools in Klein ISD. After high school, Ryan went to the University of Georgia where he studied Health and Physical Education while competing for the track and field team, earning All-American honors. After college Ryan moved back to the Spring area where he began his career in the title industry.
Ryan began working for Howard D. Walker, a real estate attorney and now President of Lineage Title of Texas, in 2007 as an assistant to Mr. Walker working both for his law practice and his title company processing closings, researching title and liens, and closing real estate transactions and assisting in the curing and clearing of title issues. Working for an attorney has given Ryan a more in depth experience in complex title issues as many of the files that came through the attorney’s office had unique issues that were unable to be cured by other title companies.
